Source of Supply Submission
Submit materials meeting the requirements of the agreement, permit, contract, or application to SourceLetters@delaware.gov using either the Source of Supply template or Source of Supply Template Extended Version on this page. Submit all information necessary for source review and approval with the template. An example source of supply template is also included on this webpage for reference. Domestic Materials Self-Certification Form
Submit completed Domestic Materials Self-Certification Forms with the source of supply submission when required by contract special provision. The form is available on AASHTO’s Product Evaluation & Audit Solutions website: https://transportation.org/product-evaluation-and-audit-solutions/domestic-materials-self-certification-form/. DelDOT also provides user instructions for completing the self-certification form.
Guardrail Products, Guardrail End Treatments, Impact Attenuators, and Temporary Traffic Control Devices
In response to the Federal Highway Administration’s requirements to implement the use of roadside and temporary traffic control device hardware crash tested under the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) criteria, DelDOT initiated a MASH Committee, comprised of representatives from the Department with expertise in roadside design, roadside hardware, and temporary traffic control.
New APL categories will be added in the future depending upon device availability. Only devices that are on the Approved Products Lists are permitted for use on roadways in the State of Delaware. Vendors may submit an application (see below) for consideration by the MASH Committee to have devices added to the Approved Products Lists. Please use the links below:
